Those “neckerchiefs” we used to don when winter hit the hills, and you put on all the cloths you had to ward off cold and chills. 

The Navy Surplus was the kind that always got my vote. Take two tight wraps and tie it off, it beat another coat. 

They was strictly worn for comfort, then along came “Cowboys' Lib.” so now they call them wild rags, and they wear 'em like a bib.
